This app gives you the opportunity to track both your caloric intake and your workout so you can ensure you’re successful on your weight loss journey. It also provides you with excellent charts and graphs of your progress.

This one also tracks exercise and/or diet, but also provides you with suggestions to help you meet your fitness goals. Fat secret also connects you with a great community to can interact with in order to keep your journey interesting.

6. Pushup Trainer

This app features timed exercise routines centered around push-ups. The program has three levels of difficulty, and you can choose between three different lengths for your workout.

Both runners and cyclists can use this one for their workout sessions to benefit the cause of their choice. All you have to do is choose a cause and the app will track your workouts and make a donation for each mile you travel.
