My Mean Girl
Written by Scrivs on September 8, 2005
Today we have at least five different sites to announce to you and I figured I would start off with the funniest one of the bunch. My Mean Girl is written by Chris Rhee and it’s a personal blog. A very personal blog. It’s about his girlfriend and believe me I wasn’t too excited about it either, but after reading it for some time I am amazed at how humorous he portrays their relationship.
This is definitely a departure from the type of sites we have been adding to the Network, but I feel it deserves its place because of the content. Be warned though, after reading a couple of entries you will either be:
- Eager to get a girlfriend
- Fearful of woman for the rest of your life
Well, I guess that’s the case with life anyways. Welcome Chris. RSS Feed.

I have been reading his blog for a little while now and I have to say I love it. It’s well designed and has some of the most humorous posts I have read. Annie and Chris you both Rock!
Congrats on joining the network!

This seems like an offshoot of the VERY popular Korean comedy My Sassy Girl which was based on an anonymous diary written by a guy about his girlfriend.
So while this content is funny, the idea is not original.

Thanks for the post, Scrivs. The network is neat and powerful.
Ken: Few ideas are original now, it seems. For the record, I’ve never heard of My Sassy Girl until just now. (For a Korean guy, I really suck at being Korean. I can’t read it or speak it very well. I understand just enough to get by… in California.)
Or how about this explanation, it’s much more entertaining: I am the anonymous diary writer who wrote My Sassy Girl. Case closed!

Ken: not to be a total jerk or anything, but I think I’ve seen a few digital camera sites around before yours…
