Nope, until today I wasn’t a member.
I just missed the Round 4 submissions way back when, so when I heard there was going to be a Round 5, I marked my calendar so I could submit.
Maybe it seemed like I was already a member because of being active in notes and also popping in the IRC room?

This is only the second list. While Tyme and the gang won’t release the exact number of how many sites they are accepting into 9 Rules, you can be sure that these two won’t be the only lists that we will see. So for everyone that is expressing dismay or feelings of depression, cheer up and chill out.
For those of not fortunate enough to get in on this round, we all know what we have to do to tighten things up. So let’s all just cool out and let Tyme and the gang do what they need to do, ok?!?!?!?!

I submitted my site (pinkprankradio.com) to 9rules but 2 weeks later my web host exploded! and deleted everything including my databases so i moved to media temple.
Now pinkprankradio.com is currently redirected to my other site ralphdagza.com
I think its too late for me

I think it’s a blast seeing the small list of acceptees every day.
It’s a blast to get up in the morning and check through the sites. My inbox is on the back burner for the first time in a while.

Ralph, pretty much the same thing happened to me. I hadn’t really updated my blog with any new posts in about two weeks due to some personal stuff that was going on. The day (last Friday) that I was going to FINALLY sit down and churn out a couple posts that I had stewing in my head, things went awry with the hosting company that I was using.
Hopefully by tomorrow, I’ll be back up and running strong, but I think that all of my technical difficulties killed my chances this past round. So hopefully Scrivs and Co will have another submission round before the end of 2007 and I might be able to make it in then.

Shawn: Yes, the smaller listing is much better for the new members because people are actually checking them out and subscribing. With a huge list, yes it’s a way to find out if you’re in or not but last time the only clickable list was on my site and people were caught up with the number of sites accepted instead of enjoying the new content of the sites.
