Around the Nine #1

Brand new Round 5 inductee, Brian Gilham, has taken to task to start up a new feature on his site called Around the Nine where he will highlight his picks for the best content around the Network for the week. Very similar to what we were doing with the 9@9 (returning in ’07 kids) and is a great idea and nice to see our Members taking matters into their own hands. I can only pray that he doesn’t lose his mind going through all the content that passes through the Network every week.
So if you want one person’s summation of the week that was in the 9rules Network, make sure to head on over to Brian’s site to see what he thinks. As you can see he has a great eye for content because he has selected Wisdump’s Suicide Girls article in the first edition. Definitely a smart fella.

Thanks for the link, Scrivs, it’s definitely appreciated. I don’t know if I’d call it a “best of” list, necessarily…some people might get offended! The idea is that I bookmark anything that 9rules members produce throughout the week which manages to catch my eye and seems interesting.
Obviously I’m only one person, so I encourage any 9rules members to do the same! There’s so much great content out there that is so easily missed.

This is a smart idea…I’m often overwhelmed by the amount of great content that goes through the network. Now when I’m taking a coffee break I’ll have a quick recommendation to read.

This is a fantastic idea and a great effort by Brian! I tend to just surf around random links on 9rules and while that’s great, Brian’s recommendations seem to be excellent so far!
A great way to introduce newcomers (or those who don’t have time to surf random sites on the network) to new websites and new content!

This is actually a really good idea. All of us should start doing this and increase the links between each other in the network. After all, isn’t that what the network’s for?

I thought around the 9 was great.
With so many more blogs being added to the 9rules community and so much more content coming from the members, all of us need good ways to stay in the loop.
