Creating Passionate Users

A couple of weeks ago I wrote an entry titled, The People Are The Brand, where I argued that a blog is nothing without the writers behind it. I can’t think of a better example where this is true than with Creating Passionate Users. Could the site exist without Kathy Sierra? I’m sure it could, but would it be anywhere as good? Not even close.
Creating Passionate Users is about making your company be loved by your customers. It’s about getting back to what matter in business: customer relations. There never is a wasted entry on the site and every single word seems to have some considerable thought behind it. Kathy is a thought leader in her industry and we are very excited to have her join us.
