Are you ready?
Written by Colin Devroe on June 30, 2005
Round 2 of our site submissions are set to begin at midnight. I’m posting this now so that you have time to prepare (you don’t have to submit at midnight you have 24 hours) and because I may not be around later to watch the cork pop.
If you need any assistance, have any questions regarding round two – here is what you should do.
I will try to make myself available just after midnight if you have any urgent questions or problems. Paul and I will also be available tomorrow to answer any questions you might have – so you can also comment on this post if the matter can wait until tomorrow.
Happy submitting.

When I click on Submit nothing happens.

It’s not working for me either. Tried both Firefox and IE6 on Windows XP. If it’s doing anything, it’s not giving any feedback indication that the submission was successful.

It seems to work on Safari on OS-X…you get a confirmation message that appears at the top of the form without a page reload. I have a sneaking suspicion that the submissions are actually going through on Windows, and I’ve made multiple submissions. It’s a bit unnerving though…a confirmation email would be a nice touch.

Everyone: Yeah, our form was b0rked in Firefox. It was a simple oversight on my part. I appologize.
For anyone that submitted their site between 12am and 2am Eastern – please resubmit your site just in case we missed you.
By the way, we did get a ton of submissions, so I’m sure I was still getting all of the submissions – it was a simple reporting issue with Open Rico. However, I want to be on the safe side. I’m going to leave submissions open for an extra 2 hours.
